(NYSE: FLT), a leading global provider of fuel cards and workforce payment products to businesses, announced today that it has signed a long-term agreement to provide a full service outsourcing solution for Husky Oil Limited (“Husky”). Under the terms of this new agreement, FleetCor will provide a full set of outsourcing services to include marketing and sales, customer service, credit and collections, transaction processing, and overall program reporting. The Company expects to begin implementation of the program later this year.
Husky is one of the largest fuel retailers in Canada with retail sites and cardlocks spanning from Ontario to British Columbia. Husky has operated a proprietary branded fuel card program to commercial accounts for over 20 years.
